Rustic/renovated family home Chez Mouichou

Located in the heart of the Ariège mountains, in the Vicdessos valley, come and enjoy this pleasant house which is located in Gestiès at an altitude of 965 m. Around the village there are many hikes. (GR10) Close to the must-see sites (Niaux Cave, Lombrives Cave, the prehistoric park...). You can practice various activities (hiking, canyoning, via ferrata...). In winter, close to the ski resorts of Goulier, Ax les 3 Domaines and the Beille plateau. The space The house is located above the fountain in the center of the village, quiet area, with 180° views of the mountain. Two private parking spaces in front of the house. You can enjoy an outdoor area that is in front of the house. The house consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room dining room with TV, a cellar with washing machine and dryer, two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom. Optional extra sheets and towels on request €15 per room Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, dining room, cellar and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs you will have access to two bedrooms, a bathroom and a closed balcony. You will not be able to access the barns, the attic and a room on the ground floor. Other things to note The village has no shops. You can shop in Tarascon sur Ariège, which is a 15-minute drive away. You will have all the information in the welcome booklet. During the winter period, the pellet stoves will be filled upon arrival and we will provide you with a number of pellet bags depending on the number of nights (included in the price).
