Other things to note Rental Agreement & ID: A signed rental agreement and a government-issued photo ID are required to be submitted electronically after booking to confirm your reservation. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be held during your stay. Seasonal Fireplace: The indoor gas log fireplaces are available for seasonal use from October through April. Security Camera: For your safety and security, one exterior security camera is located at the front entry, facing the driveway and entryway. It does not have a view of any private outdoor areas (like the deck or hot tub) or the home's interior.
