The space This newly renovated 47m² apartment is a perfect home for 2 people, but 4 people can also be accommodated thanks to the comfortable box spring sofa bed. Parking is possible directly on the property and is free of charge. The location and accessibility is top - 10 minutes from the city center. The train station and the university can be reached in a few minutes. Public transport, restaurants and stores are in the immediate vicinity. To make sure your sleep is top-notch, a cozy queen-size bed with extra length and hotel-level bedding awaits you. The spacious living area invites you to relax with its comfortable couch, which can be folded down into another bed if needed. High speed wi-fi, smart TV, Netflix and Disney+ invite you to unwind after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove and cooking here becomes a joy. Of course, there is also enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. In addition, the apartment has a dining table for four people and a modern Nespresso coffee machine. Of course, we also provide capsules for our guests. The modern bathroom has a glass shower and a sink with an illuminated mirror. Everything you would want from your home is also provided here: hairdryer, towels and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via a staircase. In the building there is a laundry room with washing machines and washer-dryer. Access to the apartment is through a key box. Non-smoking apartment! If it is found that there was smoking in the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of 250€ will be charged!
