The property features three ramps for easy access: one at the main entrance, one leading to the master bedroom, and another providing access to the third-floor bedroom. Each ramp consists of approximately 10 steps. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Towels and bedlinen are provided at no extra cost, unless the guest requests a change, in which case a fee will apply. Breakfast is available at the Bar del Borgo. Guided tours of the Piantagrossa farm are available. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise after 10 pm).
