This elegant 120 m2 house from the 1930s will seduce you with its chic and warm charm. On the ground floor, it has a living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, toilet and a large garden with a BBQ. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a sink and bathtub. On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with 2 double beds and a single sofa bed. The space On the ground floor is the hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, veranda with toilet and cloakroom and large garden. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 140 x 190 double bed, a second bedroom with a 90 x 190 single bed, a bathroom with sink and bathtub with integrated shower. On the second floor you will find a large space with two 140 x 190 beds and a sofa bed for one person. On the ground floor there is a small TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a classic coffee maker, everything you need to cook, a microwave, dishwasher. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note We ask guests to sort the garbage, i.e. recyclables in the yellow bin, household waste in the garbage bags in the red bin. Bottles will be placed at the entrance of the house in the hallway near the door so that I can deposit them after each departure in the containers provided for this purpose; Dishes need to be washed and put away.
