The exceptional apartment is located on the ground floor of our listed Art Nouveau villa, right on the banks of the Pegnitz in a traffic-calmed street. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy wonderful views of the river, the old town of Laufer, the water bridge and the neighboring Barth'schen Park. A REWE supermarket with bakery is only 200 m away. Laufer market square with its shops, cafes and restaurants can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. The space The apartment is designed for 1-2 people. Via the terrace you access the separate entrance door. The living room has an integrated kitchenette with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and complete cooking and eating utensils. The cozy sofa next to the tiled stove invites you to linger. On the shelf next to the TV is also a selection of books and games. The dining area or workplace is located in the bay window with views of the countryside. In summer, the magnificent terrace overlooking the river invites you for breakfast in the morning sun. The cozy river-side bedroom is equipped with a 1.60 m wide double bed and a built-in wardrobe. From here you can access the spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, double sink and washing machine via a small, glazed corridor. Guest access Wi-Fi access is available free of charge for our guests. The spacious terrace can also be used. Sun loungers with cushions are available. Other things to note For loading and unloading of luggage, parking is available for a short time in the courtyard of the villa. Free parking is then available nearby. No smoking inside the apartment. On the terrace there are outdoor seats under the canopy and in the gazebo.
