📍 We are located in L'Eixample district. A 5-minute walk from Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas and a few steps from El Born. Also close to Paseo de Gracia, where you can visit La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. The space 🏬Beautiful 180 m2 apartment in the center of Barcelona 🛏️With 6 bedrooms, the apartment can accommodate 12 people. 🚿It has three full bathrooms (two with a shower and one with a bathtub and shower). 👨‍🍳A fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy Mediterranean food. 🛋️A large 40 m2 living room with high ceilings and a gallery typical of modernist houses. It has two large sofas and a table with capacity for 14 people. 👤 The decrease or increase in the number of guests may lead to a change in the final price. Guest access 🥐We offer breakfast service upon request (for a fee) -The balcony of the living room is NOT accessible.
