A newly built villa a few minutes walk from kalogria beach in the quiet village of Stoupa. This modern facility boosts 3 large bedrooms, all en-suite, a large swimming pool, stunning sea views and all modern facilities for a perfect stay. An extra person can stay in the couch-bed in the living room. Enjoy the privacy offered by the surrounding olive plantation, the spacious stone building , private garden and also the proximity to kalogria and stoupa beaches. The space As you enter the villa you directly enter an open plan living room where you have view of the swimming pool and on the other side of the room you see the fully equipped kitchen. Through the corridor you have an en-suite double bedroom. The internal staircase leads to the 2nd en-suite double bedroom. At the end of the corridor you can exit into the first floor terrace with stunning views of Stoupa Village and the sea. Opposite the ground floor living room there is a separate house that has the 3rd en-suite double bedroom. All ground floor spaces open up to the large terrace/swimmig pool area with large dining table and loungers. Guest access The guests have exclusive and private use of the villa area and their private pool. Only the parking area is shared.
