The extension is complimentary to the front of the cottage with a beautiful full kitchen and 2nd living room and dining area. The space There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Upstairs has two single beds and main bedroom host an ensuite. Office space . Outdoor area has a bbq, plunge pool and entertaining area. Ducted air conditioning in house in bedrooms and living areas. Fires for winter Months. Not suitable for children under 2 yrs of age. Please check with owner first prior to booking. Guest access Access to whole house and outdoor area. Other things to note Plunge pool for your comfort with solar heating for summer months . We don’t allow splashing in our pool or diving due to the size of the pool and conservation of our plant area. Please note during extreme wet conditions our pool may need draining if we have excess rain. This will require our pool serviceman to drain water from the pool. Access will need to be available through side gate with no interruptions to guest’s. This is very rare occurrence. Notice will be given in advance . Only guests staying at the home are able to use the pool. Pool is for guests on the booking. Children over the age of 2yrs are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
