Our guest house is a gem and exudes all the coziness! On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, dining area, sitting area and bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one room with two single beds. Outside, you have your own covered veranda where you can fully enjoy the bird concerts. At the end of an active day, you can light the fire pit and enjoy a glass of wine or special beer from the city brewery. The space You enter the living room, here you will find the kitchen (including fridge, 2 burner induction hob and dishwasher) a dining table to eat and chat, sitting area and a coffee corner. Furthermore, the bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet is also downstairs. Up the stairs, you enter a spacious hallway that gives access to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The room with two single beds can be closed off from the hallway by a curtain, the other "just" has a door. Last but not least, there is a lovely covered veranda outside that you can use! Other things to note Feel welcome at the centuries-old Erve LooSan, surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw away from the charming town of Ootmarsum. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Twente.
