Full chefs kitchen which is well appointed with quality appliances. 2 queen sized BRs upstairs + 2 king sized with main having an ensuite. Large BR downstairs. The space The whole house is made available for your stay. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms in total the main has a king sized tempur mattress with full leather bed, ensuite with bath and separate shower and double basins, toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are all generous sized with 1 king and 2 queen size beds all with mirrored robes. The home theatre has 2 single sofa beds, children must be supervised in this room. The upstairs has its own bathroom with a bath and shower, separate toilet and separate powder room to allow maximum access to all guests. Downstairs there is a separate toilet and powder room off the full laundry with front loader washing machine and separate dryer. The kitchen is a delight to work in with Bosch appliances, induction cooktop, integrated fridge and freezer as well as a entertainers separate fridge and freezer should you require more space. Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle, Chopper and Stick Blender, Ninja Foodie 9 in 1, kettle, NutriBullet are all supplied. Fisher and Paykel double dish draws makes clean up a breeze where you can stack one whilst the other is washing and drying. The kitchen has a breakfast bar which seats 4 and the dining room table that seats a further 10 people. Electric blinds in the downstairs living area - please ONLY use the remote to ensure the blinds are not damaged. Complimentary Bottle of Wine on arrival - white wine chilling in the fridge Fast NBN (please do not disconnect the wifi extenders in the home theatre or upstairs bedrooms) Ninja Foodi (9 in 1 cooker) Pressure cook, Air fry, Steam, Grill, Bake, Roast, Slow Cook allowing you to pressure cook then crisp to perfection. Guest access Access to the whole house (not garage), enclosed back yard, front yard and driveway. Other things to note Parking on the driveway for 2 cars and street parking is available for a 3rd vehicle. A ring doorbell is installed. Please book for the exact number of guests staying. If more guests are found to be staying over the amount booked the maximum number of guests will be charged which is 15 guests. Several non recording device are installed inside to monitor number of house guests and noise. The house is alarmed in between guest stays with the code being changed in between each guest stay to maximise security. As much as I was hoping to not have to do this … but due to a number of guests not doing the right thing there is now a penalty charge of $50 per night per bed that will apply to any bedroom/sofa bed used over and above the number of guests booked. For example, if you have booked for 4 guests then maximum of 4 beds are included in your booking. Please message me if the total number of guests need to be amended. I would be grateful that if you do not need the bedroom to not disturb it so that we know it has not been used. Airbnb has since recommended to have CCTV installed to deter this from occuring. Note the front door, laundry and back door are all monitored with noise monitors. Please note there are no cameras or recording devices within the home to preserve guest privacy. To keep the price as low as possible we ONLY charge a linen laundering fee and do NOT charge a cleaning fee, please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. If the house is left in a mess a cleaning fee of $250 will be applied. 2 vacuums have been provided one upstairs and another downstairs as well as a hard floor cleaner that vacuums and mops (please use this only on the tiles)
