Other things to note Whilst you will enjoy all of the benefits and conveniences living in the heart of Launceston city, off-street parking is unavailable. Free street parking is an option after hours and, during the day, there is a multi-story carpark directly opposite the apartment. The apartment is on the top floor, and you will be required to climb a flight of stairs to reach the entrance. Please note that due to the central location, there may be some traffic noise at times. A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by agreed check out time. Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.
