A signed contract is required, specifying the reason for your stay, and a security deposit may be required in accordance with regulations. To guarantee a safe and legal stay for everyone, our accommodation requires two simple steps after booking on Airbnb: You must complete the guest registration, which, in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of the Ministry of the Interior, requires registering the details of all guests, including minors, staying at our property. In the case of minors, it will also be necessary to indicate their relationship to the responsible adult. This regulation aims to guarantee safety and comply with the legal requirements established in Spain. During the arrival process at the property, we will request the necessary information to comply with these regulations. For more details, please refer to BOE-A-2021-17461. Upon completion of this registration, a temporary rental agreement will be formalized, in accordance with current regulations. Your data will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations and will only be used to fulfill this legal obligation. Although the apartment is soundproofed, some noise vibrations may be heard. ⚠️ The building has 4 floors (including the ground floor). On the top floor, there is ongoing renovation work on an apartment. The work is being carried out during legal working hours, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (it is possible that they may work some Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Its thick walls provide independence and privacy. Large windows overlook the bustling and bohemian Plaza de Isabel II, so despite having double-glazed windows, you can sometimes hear the characteristic noise of Madrid's nightlife. The apartment has radiators for the colder months and a split air conditioning unit for the warmer months. This apartment features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living-dining room (perfect for working from home), and stunning views of historic Madrid. Its strategic location for exploring the city on foot. Upon entering the apartment, you'll find the entrance hall and a full bathroom to your right. Walking down the hallway to the left, you'll find the two bedrooms. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (each bedroom has heating). Opposite the bedrooms is the fully equipped kitchen, designed to make your stay comfortable. At the end of the apartment, you'll find the inviting living room, the perfect space for relaxation and leisure. DESCRIPTION LIVING ROOM Sunny and bright with large windows offering views of Plaza Isabel II and the Royal Theatre. It includes a sofa bed, a Smart TV with internet access, books and magazines for your leisure time, a beautiful solid wood coffee table, and decorative touches. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Open-plan American-style layout, fully equipped. Dishwasher, dryer, induction hob, no extractor hood, washing machine, fridge-freezer, conventional oven, large sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and a wide variety of pans, pots, and cutlery. It has a breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area is furnished with a large table seating six, four chairs with backs, and a long bench to one side. It's an ideal place to work from home, as it's bright, spacious, and its location between the kitchen and living room makes it easy to have everything you need within reach throughout the day. You'll find a complete set of dishes, a variety of glasses, cups, mugs, and cutlery to set this beautiful table for a meal with your loved ones. BEDROOM 1 Separated from the kitchen by a sliding door, it features a double bed (150 x 200 cm), a built-in wardrobe with hanging rails, shelves for all your belongings, and a shoe rack. It features a four-drawer chest, built-in bookcases on either side of the bed serving as nightstands with power outlets, USB ports, and a bookcase. The bedroom has air conditioning, heating, and wooden blinds to completely darken the room. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom has the same layout as the previous one, the difference being that it does not have an en-suite bathroom and does not include a dresser. It is separated from the living area by a sliding door and features a double bed (150 x 200 cm). A brick wall serves as a headboard, flanked on each side by a brick shelving unit with two sections: one for a bedside table with electrical outlets and a USB port, and a larger section that can be used as a decorative shelf or bookcase. There is also a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom has air conditioning, heating, and wooden blinds to completely darken the room. Full Bathroom The full bathroom includes a shower, a large showerhead with good water flow and a tempered glass screen, a large half-length mirror, heated towel rails, towels, a sink with drawers, a large window providing excellent ventilation, a toilet with a sanitary flush system (very fragile, do not flush anything except toilet paper), a bidet-style handheld toilet, a hairdryer, and toiletries. BATHROOM Full bathroom with shower tray, large waterfall shower head and tempered glass screen, toilet with bidet-style handset, round mirror, sink with drawers, and a small window overlooking an interior patio for excellent ventilation. It has radiator heating that dries towels, bath towels, and toiletries. ⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️ In our accommodation, we comply with all Airbnb regulations, and therefore, we want to be completely transparent with you: in this apartment, we frequently receive guests (and family members) with chronic and very severe allergies to pet hair. Although we thoroughly clean after each stay, traces may remain that could affect your health.
