The cottage boasts two double bedrooms, with an electric log burner in the living room for warming up your toes after a long country walk in the winter. As a bonus, the property also has a separate thatched roof building called Noddies House in the garden which is ideal for children to play in. Hailsham is a small English market town, close to the south coast, near Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings and the South Downs. There are many historic sites, castles, houses and lovely gardens and places of interest in the nearby areas. Some of these such as Great Dixter, Michelham Priory and Sissinghurst. Brighton and Eastbourne are close by, as is the Cuckoo Trail and many fantastic places of interest including the Seven Sisters Country Park, Beachy Head and the Long Man of Wilmington. You will find many beautiful country pubs around the area along with local restaurants and country pubs within a few miles’ radius. The cottage is suitable for able bodied guests and children who can exit the property independently in cases of emergency. Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.
