Use the fitness and wellness area with fitness equipment, diving pool, sauna, swimming pool (approx. 1.60-180 m deep & approx. 27 degrees) and chill-out area overlooking the Peenestrom. Park for free right by the house. The space The apartment is an in-law in a spacious family house right on the waterfront. You share the same entrance to the house with the owner and other guests. Right in the hallway, an staircase leads to the upper floor to the in-law apartment. Upstairs is also the fitness area with various equipment (e.g. treadmill, dumbbells). The apartment is equipped with a full bathroom incl. Double sink, toilet shower and bathtub. The large, bright bedroom with double bed and additional sofa bed (1.60 m wide) for bedding offers plenty of space and can also be used as a cozy quiet area, e.g. for reading. The open living and cooking area is stylishly furnished and fully equipped, so you should not miss anything. The highlight here is the large loggia, equipped with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the Peene stream. As another bed option for two more people, the sofa bed (1.40 m wide) can be used in the living area. An ironing room as well as a washing machine and dryer can be shared in the hallway of the upper floor. In the garden you can use a cozy fireplace with fixed garden furniture directly on the water. The wellness area is located on the ground floor of the house. Here is the sauna, a plunge pool, a large swimming pool (1.60-1.80 m deep & continuously about 27 degrees) as well as a chill-out area with sun loungers and the wide view of the water. You can unwind here! This area is available to all guests of our house as well as the owner of the house.
