Use the fitness and wellness area with fitness equipment, plunge pool, sauna, swimming pool (about 1.60-180 m deep & about 27 degrees) and chill-out area overlooking the Peenestrom. Park for free right by the house. The space The apartment is an in-law in a spacious family house right on the waterfront. You will use the same house entrance together with the owner. Right in the hallway, a staircase leads to the upper floor to the in-law apartment. Upstairs, the fitness area with various appliances (e.g. treadmill, dumbbells) is also available for your own use. The apartment is equipped with a full bathroom incl. Double sink, toilet, shower and bathtub. The large, bright double bedroom and additional sofa bed (1.60 m wide) for extra bed offers plenty of space and can also invite you as a cozy quiet zone, e.g. for reading. The open plan living and cooking area is stylishly decorated and fully equipped, so you won't want to miss anything. The highlight here is the large loggia, equipped with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the Peene stream. The sofa bed (1,40 m wide) in the living area can be used as a further bed for two more people. In the garden you can use a cozy fire pit with fixed garden furniture directly on the water. The wellness area is located on the ground floor of the house. Here is the sauna, a plunge pool, a large swimming pool (1.60-1.80 m deep & continuously about 27 degrees) as well as a chill-out area with sun loungers and the wide view of the water. Here you can relax and unwind! This area is exclusively for you and the house owner.
