Riverview Campground is situated on the shoreline of Lake Guntersville . This is is a nice, clean, RV travel-trailer, owned by the Campground Owner/Manager. There is room on the campsite for a boat trailer and an extra plug to charge a boat battery. The campsite has a gated entry and features a picnic table and a fire ring. Note: While there is a fully functioning bathroom, Guests are asked to use the nice clean campground bathhouse for long showers, to minimize waste water. Come camp! The campsite is along the shoreline of Browns Creek at Lake Guntersville, just steps from the water. Guests can use the entire 16 acre campground and all facilities. There is a swimming pier, a canoe and kayak friendly area, a boat ramp, shuffleboard court playground and pavilion. Both co-hosts live on site on adjacent 180 acre Gilbreath Homeplace property, and are ready to assist and answer questions. We typically meet guests during their stay. We are hands-on hosts. 45 minutes to Huntsville and the Space and Rocket Center, right across the Hwy 69 causeway from the city of Guntersville 2 miles away. There is a key card provided which is used to access the entry gate to area A of the campground. There’s parking for one car and a trailer on the unit. Any additional car must be parked in the public parking lot of the campground at the entrance, by the office. Note: Because of waste water limitations, we ask that long showers must be done in the bathhouse, which is a short walk from the campsite. There is a full bathroom in the unit which is fully functional but we asked it be used in moderation. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit, but it is also a big user of water and we request clothes washing be done in our laundromat building at the campground.
