Gîte du Moulin

We share with you our little slice of heaven in the countryside. This atypical accommodation is quietly located on the banks of a river. It is ideal for a family stay or to take a break on the way to the south. Swimming pool open from beginning of June to end of September Pet accepted as long as it is compatible with our animals (Dogs/Cats/Chickens...) Important, the upstairs beds are in the same room. We are next to the highways and 20 minutes from Dijon. The space The accommodation is a furnished tourist accommodation and it has been rated in 2023 3 stars *** The listing is on two levels. We accept up to 4 people maximum (+ cot). The home is ideally designed for a family with children. The beds are in the same room, in the upper part of the accommodation. For the upper part: - There are several beds, with the TV corner. - Note that there are privacy screens between the beds, but that there is no wall between the beds. For the lower part: - A living room with the possibility of sleeping - A fully equipped kitchen - Bathroom / WC Note that the accommodation is an extension of the owner's accommodation. Guest access What is available to guests: - A space to park vehicles. - The entire rented accommodation. - A private terrace with garden furniture and outdoor table. - A summer kitchen (shared with the owner) - A play area for children. - The swimming pool (shared with the owner and usable from June to September from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., a point of vigilance on water restrictions). The other parts belong to the owners. Other things to note The accommodation is next to a river (20 m), for safety reasons, we want to inform our guests of the risks. Fishing is allowed (fishing license required)
