Villa Nr 1 is composed of two small houses. The first house is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house and the second house is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom house and they both share the pool. They are 20 meters apart. Both are independent and fully equipped including kitchen with dishwasher, living room and external resting area. The villa is near Kalogria beach in the picturesque village of Stoupa. Amazing sea and olive grove views will relax and enhance your senses. Ideal for 2 families with kids. The space As you enter the villa you directly enter an open plan living room where you have view of the swimming pool and on the other side of the room you see the fully equipped kitchen and fireplace for winter outings. On the right door you have a double en-suite bedroom and on the left door the 2nd en-suite double bedroom. All spaces open up to the large terrace/swimmig pool area with large dining table and loungers. At the edge of the pool you walk down a metalic staircase and reach house nr 2 which has its own external area and seating area and is composed of 1 big living room with 2 sofa beds and a master-ensuite double bedroom. A second bathroom is in the corridor. Guest access The guests have exclusive and private use of the villa area and their private pool. Only the parking area is shared.
