Norman barn and its outbuilding

The barn and the outbuilding are located on a fully enclosed 1200 m2 lot on which our farmhouse is also located. Depending on the dates, we may be present with our two children and our dog. We are located about 55 minutes from Paris (access to the A13 is 7-8 minutes by car), 1 hour 10 minutes from the Normandy coast and 20 minutes from Giverny, Vernon, Les Andelys and Château Gaillard. Rouen is also 40 minutes away. Château de Gaillon is 5 minutes from the rental. The space You will have two complete accommodations (barn and small house) with the garden and pool. La Grange: On the ground floor, a large living room with foosball and a small ping pong table. You will have a dining area and also a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom and toilet are separate and are also located on the ground floor. You will also have access to a washing machine during your stay. Upstairs on the mezzanine, you will find a large master suite with a double bed, a bathtub and a small living room. La Petite Maison: Charming house with exposed beams. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, two separate bedrooms, a living room with a double bed on the mezzanine as well as a kitchenette area (sink, kettle, small refrigerator, oven, stove...). The accommodation is not fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Feel free to ask us for clarification. Guest access You will have access to the garden and swimming pool (between May 1 and October 1). This is a play pool with a maximum depth of 1.40 m and a 2 m beach for children or to relax. The pool is salt and heated. Access is possible from 09:00 to 22:00. You will also have a foosball table, the small and large ping pong table, a dartboard, a puck and molkky game. We provide board games and some games/children's books. ⚠️ ⚠️ Special note: No parties around the pool and in the property. The sound volume (music, loudness, etc.) must be reasonable in relation to our neighborhood especially after 10pm. Please do not put loud music around the pool. Other things to note We provide bed sheets for beds, kitchen towels as well as shower mat for both bathrooms. We don't provide towels. The beds will be prepared for your arrival. A barbecue is available but we do not provide the charcoal. Gaillon-Aubevoye train station is 7 min from the house and serves Paris Saint Lazare and/or Rouen train station. Access to the A13 motorway (direction Paris or Direction Rouen) is about 7 minutes away. You can park your car in the house.
