If you have any queries about the property or access, please don't hesitate to reach out! Other things to note Pool Heating/Cooling: The pool can be heated for an additional $70 per day. This fee covers the extra utilities needed. Heating the pool water is recommended, though not required, between October and March. Pool heat needs to be requested at least 3-days prior to arrival to accommodate time to get the water up to temperature. The pool can also be cooled for an additional $70 per day during the warm months. Cooling the pool water can make the pool more refreshing during the peak summer months when the Arizona temperatures are higher.
