Magnificent views in every corner; a spacious open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining room; 2 private bedrooms; a large outside deck; and gorgeous Witches Woods Lake make Nirvana the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. IMPORTANT: Nirvana is meant for small, relaxed getaways. Please review the house rules before booking. The space Includes everything you might need! Some of our favorite features are a cozy upstairs reading nook, large deck, outdoor gazebo & pagoda, lake access, and a great neighborhood to walk in! Other amenities: Kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, plates/cups/silverware. TV, speedy WiFi, a great sound system for playing music. Outdoor chairs, picnic table, umbrellas. Please note: Use of the lower levels of the property (below the deck) and/or lake is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty at any part of the lake. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROPERTY AND ITS USE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT OWNER'S DISCRETION. Guest access Our large driveway can hold at least three cars, please feel free to ask us if you have any questions. Other things to note Certain areas of the home such as the basement are not accessible to guests and will be locked. There is a separate building and driveway at the top of the property that is used to teach music lessons and may be in use during bookings. You may see students entering or leaving the building via the street or driveway. Regarding shared spaces: the patio, exterior, and backyard are listed as shared spaces because we maintain a beautiful garden that needs regular care and watering– one of us may need to stop by to take care of it. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions. ***You can not bring more than the number of registered guests on your reservation to the property, even if they are only visiting during the day. If this happens, an additional fee of $250 per unregistered guest per day will be charged. ***Parties and/or excessive noise are not allowed under any circumstances. Violators will be charged the full $500 security deposit to cover the cost of cleanup, repairs to the house, and noise fees.
