Location The light-flooded semi-detached house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Risum-Lindholm with about *contact info removed* inhabitants. In the village you will find shops, bakeries, a heated outdoor pool, horseback riding and much more. The cozy village is ideal for numerous excursions in the surrounding area: whether trips to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum or the Halligen, to Denmark or to the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town of Niebüll is 6 km away. Amenities The vacation home is decorated in a bright country house and impresses with its beautiful living room with sofa corner in front of the fireplace, large flat-screen TV (satellite), the cozy dining area and the open kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), kettle, toaster, sufficient dishes and cooking utensils. On the ground floor there is also a shower room and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you have access to two bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed (180 x 200), bedroom 2 with two single beds. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the picture. On the sheltered terrace you can end the day on comfortable garden chairs. In the garden shed, your bicycles will also find a safe place. Special features In the non-smoking vacation home, you can park your car right by the house on the driveway. Dogs are welcome at this property. The garden/terrace area is fenced. Free Wi-Fi is provided to our guests. An initial set of bed linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price.
