Location The light-flooded semi-detached house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Risum-Lindholm with approx. *contact info removed* inhabitants. In the village you will find shops, bakers, a heated outdoor pool, horse riding and much more. The cozy village is ideal for numerous excursions in the area: whether trips to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum or the Halligen, to Denmark or to the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town of Niebüll is 6 km away. The holiday home is furnished in a bright country style and impresses with its beautiful living room with sofa corner in front of the fireplace, large flat-screen TV (sat), the convivial dining area and the open kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle, toaster, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. On the ground floor there is also a shower room and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you have access to two bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed (180 x 200), bedroom 2 with two single beds. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the picture. On the sheltered terrace you can end the day on comfortable garden chairs. In the garden shed, your bicycles will also find a safe place. In the non-smoking holiday home you can park your car directly at the house on the driveway. Dogs are welcome in this accommodation. The garden/terrace area is fenced. Our guests are provided with free Wi-Fi. An initial supply of bed linen and towels is mandatory at this property and is already included in the final price.
