Farmhouse Industrial Décor throughout apartment. Living room has a large Comfy Linen colored sleeper sofa, that is perfect for sleeping on for extra guests, and a twin hideabed chair and a half. We have a large walk in closet set up for storage or play and a pack n play crib. There is a Large Smart TV. The wifi speed is 10/1. The dining area/ Kitchenette has two tables with seating for six. Kitchenette is fully equipped with small fridge, farmhouse sink, microwave, toaster oven, one burner top, griddle, crock pot, coffee maker, dishes and cookware. Coffee is always provided! One full private bath with beautifully tiled large walk in shower and double pedestal sinks, more vintage industrial farmhouse décor and such fluffy towels! The Large bedroom has a vintage inspired framed queen bed, vintage dresser, a beautiful and comfy linen papasan, cushiony bench at the end of the bed to hold extra bed linens and an adorable roomy closet. All windows look out onto flower gardens and peaceful country scenery. This apartment has a separate entrance from the main house that enters the laundry room, which is the only shared space. The apartment door is directly off the laundry room. Because the apartment is attached to our home you will hear some noise when we are home or if Jack our dog is. Ha! Pets welcome. We have a big yellow farmhouse with multiple flower gardens and a bright red mailbox. We have a circle drive, and parking for Serenity West is at the upper loop of the drive in a small gravel lot. The entrance is up the ramp onto the small porch. This door enters our beautiful mudroom/laundry room. The door to your apartment is then immediately to your left. We can't wait to host you!
