Depot Nestled in the Woods

The Depot, as it is known locally, is a one of a kind property located just a mile outside of Salina's eastern city limits. It includes 44 acres of meadows, and woods on a dry creek. The living quarters consist of a decommissioned 1906 Rock Island Caboose (rented separately) and Santa Fe rail depot, circa 1880. Both were restored with modern finishes. It sits in the center of a county section at the end of a half mile long private drive, it's very easy to forget the city is only a mile away.
