The space The perfect home base for families and friends who want to be close to everything the city has to offer whether you are here for vacation, business, or healthcare. Thoughtfully decorated with well equipped kitchen and stacked dining and bath essentials, plus added access to the pool, a kiddie playground, and the convenience of a 24-hr 7-Eleven store, laundromat, and massage spa in the same building. Two tower fans provided. • 4-slot induction stove with range hood • Coffee maker, Electric Kettle, Microwave, Rice Cooker • Well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glass wares, cutlery, flat wares, and kitchen wares HOUSE RULES • NO Pets Allowed. • Strictly NO Smoking and Vaping in the unit including the balcony. It is also strictly prohibited in the lobbies, hallways, fire exits, stairwells and all enclosed areas in the condominium building. A fine of P10,000 is imposed per offense. • No unregistered guest allowed. This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for 6 people for families including children. Additional guest is subject to approval. • No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed. • Eating and drinking on the bed is not allowed. • Please turn off Aircon, TV, Fans, and lights when leaving the premises. • Please lock the door each time you leave the unit. • Please take care of the appliances and furnishings, any damaged item will be charged accordingly. • The building management mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. • Only one car is allowed in the designated parking area. There is very limited parking in front of the building on a first come, first serve basis. • Garbage collection everyday at 7:00pm outside the unit’s main door. • Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 11:00am. Strict adherence is required to ensure enough time to manage maintenance and cleaning in between guests. Guest access Feel free to use everything in the apartment during your stay except for the pantry closet where we store our personal items. We welcome you to our home and we would appreciate it a lot if you can take care of our place and be thoughtful in the use of all furniture and appliances. Other things to note PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES IMPORTANT: PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS Security is strict in our condo. The condo association requires that you submit a valid ID (passport for foreign nationals and government issued ID for locals) upon booking confirmation for everyone in the group that will be staying in the unit. We have 1 free allocated parking space. If you plan to bring a vehicle with you, kindly provide us with a photo of the OR, CR, and your Driver’s License. If you are unable to provide the pre-check-in requirements ahead, it may delay the check-in process. Should there be changes to the guests staying in the condo, please communicate with us accordingly. Note that any disclosed information will be treated with utmost confidentiality. By submitting your IDs, you agree to disclose all ID-related information in compliance to the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (RA 10173). • You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. • Minimum of 2-night stay.
