Cosy room (12m²) in a private house. 160cm bed, desk, fast wifi, free covered parking. Dedicated bathroom (occasionally shared with other guests). The space Room in a bright and modern semi-detached house located in a quiet neighbourhood with a covered parking space. Additional free public parking spaces and bus stop are opposite the house. St-Livres is a quiet village next to Aubonne with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. - Discover scenic walks directly from the house into the Arboretum and surrounding vineyards. - Taste local wines. - Enjoy the dishes at the village restaurant. - Swim in fresh water, just a 10-minute drive to the nearest beaches. - Explore cycling in the Jura mountains near the house. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, garden and terrace with dining area. During your stay I often travel, but when I am at home, I enjoy spending time with guests. Other things to note There are two guest rooms in the house. On rare occasions when both are occupied at the same time, the dedicated bathroom is shared with other guests. The village restaurant ‘Auberge St-Livres’ is a 5-minute walk from the house (closed Tuesday and Wednesday). Please note this is a non-smoking property.
