The location is about 5 minutes from the seafood market, about 3 minutes by car from the beach, and there is a large yard that can accommodate many cars on the premises. Guests can chat, eat and drink, and live in the private premises according to the house rules. The space is large and separated from the residential area, which can provide a sense of privacy, so guests who travel with fewer people should consider this before booking to ensure the experience is suitable for their personal needs. Because it is a garden house and green space in Vietnam, during the stay, insects or small animals may appear, even though the home is cleaned periodically. This is a common feature of the garden house accommodation model. The entrance to the home is an internal alley, with a short stone road (about 200m), suitable for motorbikes, personal cars and 16-seat cars. Other things to note Karaoke: Guests can sing at a moderate volume, avoiding affecting neighbors according to local regulations. Singing outdoors is allowed and must stop after 9:00 PM. If you want to sing more, please move to the living room, close the door, use the volume just enough to hear and stop before 10pm. The road to the home has a section of about 200m of cobblestone road, which is an internal road that is not too wide but 4–7–16-seat vehicles can still enter.
