Guest access - Guests are required to complete online check-in before arrival. - We have an auto check-in process available 24/7. - If minors are part of the reservation, the child's birth certificate must be presented. In case the parents are not part of the reservation, an express written authorization from them is required also. Law 679 of 2001 establishes measures to prevent and counteract the sexual exploitation of minors in the context of tourism. According to this law, tourist establishments such as hotels and lodging places must implement policies to protect minors. This includes the obligation to request documentation proving the identity of the accompanying adult and their relationship to the minor. - Wristband Identification: For added security and to help identify guests within the property, wristbands will be provided to all guests on the day of check-in, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Guests are required to wear the wristband throughout their entire stay. This helps ensure a safe and organized environment for everyone. On the day of check-out, wristbands will be collected between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Please note that lost wristbands will incur an additional charge.
