Suitable for families with children. Walking distance to the city, bus connection nearby. Cozy and warm backyard with sea view and covered seating/dining area. The house is located in a limited busy area, used as a bike and walkway outside of those who live here. Good parking facilities. Private jetty and sea stall below the house close to the free area by the water. The space The main house: 1st floor: Windscreen, hallway with exit to the back garden, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, those who live in the annex next door use this bathroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room all in one. Lovely view to Tromøysund. 2nd floor:3 bedrooms with a double bed, one of which with exit to the porch. Bathroom including WC and shower. Annex: 2 bedrooms with double beds. In addition, a bunk bed in one room Cinderell toilet. (Private bathroom in main house) Guest access The entire main house, kitchen/living room and backyard. Dock at the seaside including sea stall for evening fun can also be rented if desired. Other things to note The home is located "in the middle of the butter", close to the sea, city and country. Private pier with swimming facilities. Short distance to recreational areas and various attractions, such as Dyreparken in Kristiansand (40 min drive) , many swimming beaches and islands in the immediate vicinity ( Tromsøya, Hisøya) Walking distance to the summer town of Arendal.
