It has 1 roomy, relaxing bedroom equipped with 1 queen bed, comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a relaxing, comfortable stay on a low budget. Guest access From 9-5 parking in front of the building is metered. Street parking is free from 5 pm to 9AM Other things to note THE NEIGHBORHOOD Downtown business/residential area which borders surrounding small towns of Waverly and Athens SAFETY No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance, property manager, maintenance people and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion to restock or stop to say hello.
