Harbour House is situated in Mount Batten, on a private road next to Yacht Haven marina with superb sea and harbour views. The house offers all modern facilites, coffee machine, underfloor heating and work space, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. The house is just a 5 minute walk to the South West Coast Path and the nearest beach. Pubs and restaurants are within a 1 minute walk. There is a ferry service within a short walk to the Barbican. The space Harbour House is a modern end-of-terrace town house. The first floor features Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom) with kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom, double fitted wardrobes and a 55” Sony OLED Smart TV with soundbar. There is also access to an outdoor terrace with gas BBQ for al-fresco dining. The first floor also accommodates Bedroom 2 with double bed, wooden blinds and 43” LG Smart TV. The second floor has a large kitchen with island seating 8, composite worktops, double oven, induction hob, integrated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 50” Panasonic TV and Juliette balcony with sea views. The second floor also has a shower room and Bedroom 3 with double bed and 43” LG Smart TV. The third floor has a spacious living room including balcony with seating overlooking the panoramic sea views, 75” LG TV with sound system, coffee table, 4 seater corner sofa and a double sofa bed to accommodate more guests. There is also a workspace and small guest bathroom. Kitchen and bathrooms have underfloor heating. There is an option to accommodate a further 2 guests in our Harbour Apartment. A few minutes walk away additional on-street parking can be found at the entrance to Shaw Way. It is possible to unload luggage outside the property temporarily using additional spaces. There is an outside tap to the side of the house to wash muddy paws.
