CampV is more than just a place to stay, it’s a space to inspire. This former mining camp was built in the 1940's and recently transformed and remodeled to house travelers, nomads and dreamers. The property offers space to appreciate the immersive on-site art pieces and history. If you appreciate a comfortable spot off the beaten path, this is it! The space The Sheila Airstream has two twin beds and is fully equipped with a bathroom, shower, full kitchen with cooking utensils, dining room, living room and plenty of storage. It includes linens, towels, CampV robes, and bath amenities. Airstream sites have a picnic table and outdoor fire pit. Guests enjoy full access to CampV amenities, including the bath house, free WIFI, swimming pond, public art, community events and 120 acres of desert landscape to explore. If you are looking for a space that weaves Colorado history with a new era based in art and outdoor adventure, then you’ve found your home base. With our arts non-profit partner WE Arts, we believe every community deserves access to inspiring art and welcome spirited travelers to our unique canvas. Other things to note This historic town is located off a dirt road and has a Wild West feeling... please don't expect a manicured lawn. You will find new cabins, airstreams and clamping tents with a lot of love and space to roam around and get your boots dusty. Pets are welcome with a $25 per night per pet fee that must be paid in advance of arrival. We have partnered with Wild Gal's and Mesa Rose Farms to bring you a delicious food menu delivered straight to your room. Let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to place an order. We do have a liquor license and a curated drink menu. Please let the Guest Services Team know if you'd like to order a drink. As a reminder, we do not allow outside alcohol. Thank you.
