Welcome to Buffalo Junction! This cozy 1 bed apartment nestled in the heart of Forest is close to local amenities, colleges, and several outdoor escapes. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster & TCL TV provided to make your stay a little more like home. Tranquil extra office space for remote working or a cozy spot to read. Personal outdoor courtyard space is yours to relax in! The space Cozy, well appointed home away from home! You will have access to self check in by keypad and will receive a personalized code on the day of your scheduled check in. We want your stay to be comfortable and convenient and we’ve tried to provide everything you’ll need for a satisfying and relaxing stay. Please let us know if there’s anything you need that will help make your stay better! Guest access You’ll have full access of the one bedroom plus office apartment and your own courtyard with seating and umbrella and table. Cushions for the outside furniture are kept in the deck box beside the house in the courtyard. Other things to note This stand alone guest house apartment is adjacent to our garage which we use as our studio/office space so you might hear us coming and going occasionally or see us walk by the breezeway outside your privacy fence, as our home is just a few steps away outside your courtyard space. The bathroom and the office space do not have separate vents, so please keep the doors to both spaces open when not in use so that the air flow from the unit in the main room will heat or cool appropriately. 😊 A note about the shower: You have to pull down on the faucet in the shower to get it to switch to the shower instead of the tub. Run the water and then pull down on the end of the actual spigot the water comes out of. It will switch to the shower at that point. There is a larger fenced in backyard that is available to be explored if you want, but please note that the upper decking is for owner use and the backyard is shared space that our family does use as well. The courtyard is your space for the duration of your stay.
