A charming B&B in the heart of Stanley. Our 'Boscobel Suite' features a large room with an opulent king sized bed, quality linen sheets, cosy dressing gowns, roaring wood fire, elegant lounge chairs and views of ‘The Nut’. The stylish modern ensuite includes a walk in shower, underfloor heating, custom blackwood vanity, fluffy bath towels and Tasmanian bathroom products. The space Mariner Rose Bed & Breakfast is a recently renovated 1900's cottage featuring the 'Boscobel Suite', a King Guest Room with private modern ensuite. Our guest room and dining room has been lovingly decorated and features a blend of the old and new with high vj ceilings, beautifully restored timber floorboards, classic chandeliers, charming wood fireplaces and antique furnishings with access to free wifi and Netflix, Stan aswell as a mini bar with Tasmanian wines and beer available for purchase. A continental breakfast is included each morning or full cooked breakfast (as an optional extra for $20pp). We can also provide on request devonshire teas, high teas, picnic lunches and cheese platters (bookings required, prices vary). Guest access Daily breakfasts are served in either the guest room or dining room. Settle down in one of our cozy chairs or on the front verandah with one of the many titles by a variety of authors of which our library boasts. Guests are welcome to wander around our fragrant rose gardens. During your stay Guests will be greeted on arrival and shown to their room with a briefing of the property. We are available at all times to offer assistance. Our large friendly dog 'Sophie' is also around to say 'hello'. Other things to note We also offer High Teas with advance notice.
