Close to shopping, walking trails and the YMCA. Only a 40 minute drive from the ferry to the French Islands of Saint Pierre et Miquelon. The space PPP is located in Mooring Cove, a quiet residential area of Marystown. There is a lovely front and back deck for guests to enjoy while sipping their coffee or tea. Landscaping is well taken care of. Guest access Guests are welcome to sit on the NEW back deck to enjoy the serenity. We offer FREE use of the laundry area on the main floor with laundry supplies provided. There are 2 clotheslines if you'd prefer to hang your clothing in the fresh air to dry. There is a water cooler in the kitchen with the option of room-temperature/ice cold/piping hot (for tea). Cold bottles of water are provided in the main floor refrigerator with ice available in the bottom load freezer. There is a Keurig machine on the kitchen counter. Brew a full pot or use the pods provided. Milk & cream are in the refrigerator. We offer a lovely den strictly for guest use located beside the kitchen. There is a large TV, a bookcase stacked full of a variety of reading materials, several games, decks of cards and a variety of puzzles. The kitchen is fully equipped and free for guests to use! An air fryer has just been added and a welcome addition for many previous guests. During your stay I encourage guests to contact me for any questions they may have. I check my email regularly.
