Our humble home accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring a main bedroom with ample sleeping spaces, two bathrooms, an open plan living-kitchen-dining area, a large outdoor garden, a backyard patio, a perimeter security fence, and personal views of living on the green. The space The cozy and relaxing modern bungalow provides a stunning view of the golf course, including one of its holes, in an exclusive subdivision with electric fence security feature ensuring guest safety. Guest access During their stay, the guest has exclusive access to the entire house and its surroundings. However, please note that there is a private staff house for the caretaker and a storage room reserved for the owners. Other things to note Please take note. We are declaring that In accordance to AIRBNB and Privacy Laws, security cameras are placed to cover the perimeter of the house, the fences and the gate ONLY. The footages are stored and recorded in a safe server unit in the house for purposes of security and protection. We have provided an Info Folder some instructions on how to use the Golf Course and subdivision's amenities as our guest. We will soon add other useful information in that folder for services near the area such as car rentals and laundry services and deliveries. The wifi is fiber connected at 300mbps.
