On the upper floor there is 1 living room and 1 bedroom with double bed. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (can also be put together), 1 bathroom with shower & bathtub, washing machine, dining room, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and kitchen utensils. A parking space is available on the fenced property. Please note that our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed outside the apartment, pets are allowed (€20.00 per pet). The city of Barth is a state-recognized recreational resort and charges its guests a spa tax. The daily rate for the visitor's tax is €2.50 for a full-paying guest all year round. According to the judgment of the Greifswald Higher Administrative Court, the day of arrival and departure are to be calculated as two days for the spa tax.
