The Resort offers an excellent location and accommodations with heated swimming pool, outdoors and with an infinity edge, poolside bar, heated whirlpool, game tables, kids space with monitors, 24-hour reception, free private parking, fitness center, sauna, restaurant and 1 km ecological trail in the preserved area. Located next to the Bonfim Church and Rua do Lazer. ֍ Apartment The space The apartment has two environments: * Living room and kitchenette with: - Double sofa bed; - Air-conditioning; - 43-inch LED Smart TV with cable channels; - Dining table with 2 chairs and 2 benches; - 120-liter minibar; - Microwave; - Wi-Fi. * Bedroom: - One queen-size bed and one single bed; - 1 wardrobe with safe; - Cable TV; - Air-conditioning; * Private bathroom with shower. * 220V * Apartment with 39.6 m2 ___________________________ Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m. ---------------------------------------- ֍ Check-in and check-out times are set by the management of Resort Santa Barbara and cannot be changed. ֍ The rented apartment is not equipped with kitchen utensils, such as cutlery and dishes. Bring them from home as needed. ֍ Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased at the resort. ֍ Weekend rates can only be rented together (Friday and Saturday). Guest access ֍ All spaces are accessible and can be enjoyed. Please note that, due to Resort policies, the use of the premises is not allowed before check-in time or after check-out time. Also, late check-out is not possible. Other things to note Aibnb and the Resort have no systemic integration, so the reservation number is with me (Owner) and will be passed on after confirmation of the reservation code with the Resort.
