There are 2 rooms with a full bathroom + toilet; queen bed, closet and fully-equipped kitchen. Located in Colegiales, blocks from Palermo Hollywood and Chacarita, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 blocks from the Flea Market. The space Bedroom: • 1 Queen-sized bed (1.60cm x 1.90cm) • Large dressing room. • Linens & towels • Blackout curtain and sunscreen • Private bathroom in the bedroom with shower, bathtub, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer. • 32" Smart TV. • Floor fan available. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, but there is in the living room and it gets cold/hot. Guest bathroom Living room • 32" Smart TV with cable. • Air conditioning (heating and cooling) • Extendable dining table for 4 people. • Sofa Kitchen: • Complete with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Balcony: • Spacious with table and 2 chairs. • Clothesline. The pool is located on the terrace, free of surrounding buildings so you can enjoy a great panoramic view of the city. It is open from December to March 15th. It has a depth of 90cm. Guest access The entire apartment is available to you. The terrace is also there to enjoy the outdoors and a panoramic view. Other things to note Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need to check in or out outside these hours, please check before booking as there may be an extra cost of up to 15 USD. My co-hosts and I like to offer in-person check-in, so let us know your travel details so we can help you. - A set of keys is provided - The cleaning fee included in the rate is for cleaning after departure/check-out. Daily or weekly housekeeping is not included. If required, it must be requested and there is an extra cost. This is a non-smoking apartment and building. There will be fines in case of smoking. - Loud music or annoying noises are not accepted after 10 pm. - No pets allowed in the apartment. I'm happy to answer questions and concerns.
