Large master suite with private bath and patio

Looking for a long term (30 days or more) roommate for a 3 BR house in a quiet residential area walking distance to the Piner Creek trail. It is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The room is a very large master with ensuite bath. If desired, you can also use the infrared sauna in the garage and there is an add on option for an electric bike. Parking is right out front in the driveway. Price includes all utilities. Looking for a friendly and quiet person to share the space. The space The master suite comes fully furnished with a mid-century vibe. There are two very large closets, a dresser and a mini fridge if desired. There are slider doors that walk out to a patio. Blackout curtains help ensure a great night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom has a large vanity space and a tiled shower with glass door. It gets fantastic light during the day. Guest access You will have access to the living room, kitchen, and the washer and dryer upstairs, as well as the backyard complete with propane BBQ and wood burning fire pit. During your stay It's your call how much you wish to interact. I will respect your space and privacy if that's what you desire, but also am social and am happy to chat about the latest soccer happenings. Other things to note Please note that my daughter (6) will be there a week at a time. I am looking for someone that is seeking a quiet atmosphere.
