Areca´s House

Our house is in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city and we call it Areca because of the story behind the word. According to legend, Areca is the word that ended up naming the town. It's been recycled to new with top quality materials, brand new appliances, new bed and bedding, new kitchen utensils, etc. We set it up in such a way that we want to come and live in it ourselves and I think that is the way to rent it with passion, transmit comfort, convenience, etc. The space It is important to know that the house was completely converted to electric power, which is a much cleaner and easier energy to generate, and no longer uses gas. Both the refrigerator and the air conditioners have inverter technology, appliances that make more rational and efficient use of energy. Obviously, the house is heated with air conditioners, which is not the same as gas heating, but it is still very good! Other things to note Although the house is for two people, we could evaluate if they have a need for a 3rd passenger, whether it's a child or an adult! For long stays, cleaning and linen change will be done every 5 days. This will cost USD 10 each time and is charged to the guest, and must be paid during the stay through the APP! For more frequent cleaning or other services, please ask us!
