Double room Cream [1] is one of two double rooms available in a comfortable quiet home in a residential area of Lordshill Southampton. The Cream Room features a lovely garden facing view, a comfortable double bed, open wardrobe and TV. Please see my other listing to book a second room. The space The house is located in a quiet residential area, on road parking is available after 6pm. The road behind is not permit parking and can be utilised. The house is 10 mins walk from the general hospital, ideal for students or staff on placement. Central Southampton is easily accessed by bus stop 3-5 mins walk away. Shops- There is a Large Sainsbury's located just a short 7 mins walk. There are a few takeaways and a Morrisons local supermarket on the road behind the house within 3 mins walk.
