Brand New High end private room for long term stay

Brand new room and spacious in the warmest place in San Francisco. This is a modern, light filled room with brand new furniture, share a bathroom or your own private bathroom sometimes if you get a lucky. love sofa area with peaceful environment and TV. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Washer laundry available for fee$10 with schedule. renting for 1guest only; extra guest has fee charge overnight. For the long term stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. The space There may be other people who live other room at the same time or not but all good. Laundry and dryer available for $10 for using both. But sometimes there may be only you who live in the entire unit. Room B is your room. The construction, appliance, and furniture all brand new. No mold , dusty and dated stuff. Parking is super easy to find in the neighborhood. No need parking permit. Just watch out street clean date. It is a very quiet neighborhood and home environment. for the long term stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Such as soap, toilet paper, paper towel. Guest access Guests are able to access living room, dinning room, bathroom. Parking out front if you need to loading your suitcases when check in/out. Easy to find a free street parking day and night. Please do not ask early check in and late check out unless you want to pay extra fee. We have to arrange cleaning person who come in in the window so please be mindful. Thank you. During your stay Try to check in between 4:00PM- 10:00 PM, so that I can greeting you and pass key to you. And give you a quick minutes orientation if you don't mind. No early check in and late check out please. You are renting a room, visitor only allowed 1 person for visiting no overnight guest and there will be extra fee for extra guest. No event and party anytime. Let me know if you want to self cleaning or have someone who comes in weekly cleaning for you for extra $40 weekly fee. Other things to note Please close the shower door before turning on the water to prevent water from splashing outside the shower area. If you hear the doorbell and are not expecting anyone, please do not open the main door unless you have scheduled a food delivery or another service. If you are booking for more than two months, you are required to provide renter’s insurance. The house quiet time is before 10am and after 10pm. Thank you for cooperation.
