We do not rent to parties! The house has a beautiful view and is located 100 meters from the Tietê River waterfront, but in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood! Enjoy the opportunity to walk hand-in-hand with your family throughout the tourist area of this friendly city! We have an alarm system and security cameras! The pool is heated to room temperature (solar heating system). You'll have everything you need! Full kitchen, including dishwasher! Smoking is prohibited inside the house! The space *The house has a total of 3 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms (3 inside the house + 1 pool area) *garage for 2 cars (electric gate) *main floor has living room and full kitchen + 2 bathrooms + 2 bedrooms (1 suite) *both bedrooms have closets *upstairs has a large bedroom (with 1 double bed + 1 single bed) + full bathroom (electric shower) *air-conditioning in all rooms *bedroom windows are noise-resistant *heated pool Guest access The entire house! Other things to note We don't rent the house for parties!
