Buen Aire Guest House was born from our shared dream: I am Giuseppe, Sardinian doc, and after years living in Argentina, we decided to create a place that would combine the best of our two lands. Flor, an Argentine architect, fell in love with Sardinia, its people and its beauty: Buen Aire is our way of telling this story. The space The guesthouse is located in the historic center of Cagliari and consists of five rooms, each characterized by a different colored wall and carefully chosen and restored furnishings, to offer a unique, welcoming and full of personality environment. The Blue Room is one of our most popular suites: a bright, welcoming environment with attention to every detail. The blue wall gives elegance and tranquility, while the furnishings – recovered, restored and reinterpreted by Flor – tell of our passion for sustainable design and objects with a story. One of the room's strengths is the small private balcony, overlooking the interior of the building: an open and quiet space that allows light to enter generously throughout the day. It is perfect for having breakfast outdoors, reading a book or enjoying an evening aperitif in total tranquility. The suite has: - Private internal bathroom, comfortable, modern and finely finished -Air-conditioning - Original and functional furnishings - Intimate and relaxing atmosphere It is the ideal room for couples or solo travelers who want a comfortable, romantic and bright environment, with a touch of unique charm in the heart of Cagliari. Guests have a comfortable common area at their disposal, where they can find: - coffee machine - kettle - refrigerator - water dispenser A perfect environment for a relaxing break, or to enjoy the balcony full of plants, tastefully furnished and ideal to start or end the day. The location is one of our strengths: - 5-minute walk to the pedestrian area of the center - 700 meters from the train station (very convenient if you arrive from the airport) - Bus stops under the house, also useful for reaching the beaches - We are also in the first free parking area just outside the center. Buen Aire Guest House is the ideal choice for those who want to discover Cagliari on foot, experience an authentic and comfortable environment and feel at home... with a touch of Sardinia and a little bit of Buenos Aires. Other things to note The guest house is on the third floor without an elevator. If you arrive early in the morning, you can arrange to leave your luggage after 10 a.m., with prior notice so that we can organize ourselves. You can also leave luggage after check-out in the common area during the day. Below the building, parking is free and available 24 hours a day. We are located just 5 km from the airport and a 600-meter walk from the train and bus stations; right below the property there is a bus stop (bus no. 1 crosses the city in just 20 minutes).
