Spacious and comfortable, it comes complete with a kitchen, essential amenities, Ziply fiber optic WiFi, 55” Roku TV, backyard fire pit, and hot tub. You’re only a mile or two away from Mingus Park, Coos Bay Waterfront, and the Mill Casino. And only 8-12 miles from the ocean beaches! The space The house is tucked away on a secluded section of Myrtle Avenue. Park you car next to the garage in your own private parking spot. We hope you enjoy the minimalist decor. We feel less clutter means less stress. In the living room, take a load off your feet and rest on the comfortable sofa. A 55” Roku TV provides both video and audio entertainment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire downstairs suite, not including the garage. There is a door connected to the stairwell that will remain locked at all times. Outside in the courtyard, guests may also access the fire pit, tables, and hot tub (please wear swimwear and keep the activity in the hot tub 'G' rated). We would prefer you don’t use the stairs behind the hot tub or the gate leading to the main house. Other things to note Check in at 4 pm, check out at 11 am. No shoes in the suite, please. No smoking onsite, please. We have a cats upstairs who never goes outside, but are often visible through the front window. There are also a number of neighborhood cats that like to roam the courtyard. And it’s not uncommon to see the occasional deer. Coos Bay Business License #12425
