Fully separate entrance from the front door no shared spaces at all... Its a great space with easy access to many locations in the city. Very simple for public transportation TTC, Bike share, UBer car share, Close to all grocery, beer, bars, restaurants, from fast food to featured dining spots.. The space There is a tv provided but it is more a monitor with HDMI to hook up your devices Guest access Lots of parking in the area... Numerous paid lots or city parking in front..... There is a church half a block up the street that has paid. Other things to note We have a TV there but it serves more as a monitor for guest to hook up laptops and such.
