Light-flooded Guestroom - Mainwiesen

Your light-flooded room with Kingsize bed is located on the first level of the single-family house. With or without kids, you may rest undisturbed and relaxed at any time. Please let me know if you want to bring pets with you. The centralized location of my home enables you to reach out to Würzburg downtown, the Residenz, Festung Marienberg or even Mainfrankensäle within 15 min. Suitable for roadtrips, you may find the highways A7 and A81 five minutes away from the appartment. The space On your own 20m² of living space, you can enjoy complete peace and privacy to unwind, relax, and go about your activities. You can reach your room with just a few steps up the stairs, through the central entrance of the house. The guest rooms on either side of yours (green and blue) are currently not rented, so you have the entire floor and the bathroom to yourself. A large king-size solid wood bed, along with a high-quality reversible mattress, ensures maximum comfort for a restful night’s sleep. If you prefer, we can swap the thick, fluffy pillow for a thinner, flatter one, and flip the mattress from the firm side to the soft side. Your room is equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave grill, coffee, and a selection of teas. A spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers is available to make your longer stay more comfortable. Additionally, the room has a French balcony, so you can open the floor-to-ceiling double windows wide for fresh air and natural light. If needed, we can place a 120cm baby crib in your room upon request. A 1.5m safety guard for the bed is also available at any time, ensuring a safe environment for your little one. From your room, you have a view of part of the garden. There, you’ll find a large 300cm² trampoline (max. 150kg) for your children to enjoy. This way, your kids can have fun and play while you relax or work in the comfort of your room. A 43" Ultra-High-Definition Smart TV is also available in your room. Amazon Prime is pre-installed and available for free, as well as the free-to-use TV apps. (Please note that there is no cable connection.) Guest access The main entrance is located behind the carport on the left side of the house. From 3:00 p.m. onwards, the front door can be opened using the keypad installed there. Your personal six-digit access code will be sent to your Airbnb inbox on the morning of your arrival day. This digital key serves as proof of arrival for Airbnb and our insurance provider. Therefore, a one-time entry of the code upon arrival is mandatory. After check-in, you may use the mechanical key for your room. Please note that check-in after midnight is no longer possible. In this case, the access code will expire and your booking will be reported to Airbnb as a non-arrival. Other things to note Please leave the room key in your room door when you depart. Just staying overnight feels a bit too boring and quiet for you? Upon request, you are welcome to join a personal full-body workout, take part in a private cooking class focused on delicious, quick, and healthy meals, or go for a run with us. Sounds far from boring, doesn’t it? This is a strictly non-smoking household, and the entire property is free from drugs and hard alcohol. High-speed 250 Mbit Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. Towels are provided for you and your companion. You can safely leave your hairdryer and iron at home — both are available in your room. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room may be used for €5 per wash or drying cycle. The “Home Office at the Hotel” option allows you to extend your stay until no later than 2:00 p.m. for an additional fee. You are also welcome to charge your electric vehicle. For a small additional fee, our wallbox in the carport is available for your use.
