Your cozy 20m² room with a comfortable kingsize bed for two (toddler bed available upon request) awaits you on the 1st floor of our quiet family home. Enjoy your undisturbed me-time surrounded by great in-room amenities. In just 15 minutes by car, you can reach the Würzburg Residenz with its historic city center and the famous Old Main Bridge, as well as the Fortress Marienberg or the Mainfrankensäle in Veitshöchheim. The space PRIVACY AND COMFORT ON THE 1ST FLOOR You reach your room on the first floor with just a few steps up the stairs directly from the central main entrance. On your own living space, you can completely unwind and do your own thing undisturbed. Since the two neighboring guest rooms (green and blue) are currently not rented out, you will have the entire floor and the bathroom there all to yourself. MAXIMUM SLEEPING COMFORT A large kingsize solid wood bed, combined with a high-quality flippable mattress, ensures a restful night's sleep. To make you feel right at home, we customize things to your preferences: upon request, we are happy to flip the mattress from medium-firm to your preferred soft sleeping side. For the safety of your little one, a 1.5-meter bed guard rail is always available. All power outlets and sharp edges are equipped with childproofing, and a safety gate in the stairwell provides additional peace of mind. YOUR IN-ROOM AMENITIES Awaiting you in your room is your very own refreshment corner equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle, a fanless (and therefore completely silent) refrigerator, a microwave with a grill function, and a fine selection of coffee and tea. For longer stays, a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers offers ample storage. Thanks to the French balcony, the floor-to-ceiling double windows can be opened wide, creating a wonderfully bright and airy atmosphere. ENTERTAINMENT AND RELAXATION For your entertainment, a 42″ UHD Smart TV is available (please note there is no traditional cable connection). Amazon Prime and various TV streaming apps are pre-installed and free for you to use. Upon request, we are also happy to lend you a Nintendo Switch with great game highlights or a PlayStation 4/5 for a small fee (and a security deposit). GARDEN VIEW AND FUN FOR KIDS Your view looks out directly onto a quiet part of the garden. There, a huge trampoline (300 cm in diameter, max. 150 kg) awaits your children to burn off some energy—allowing you to work undisturbed in your room or simply enjoy some peace and quiet. LAUNDRY FACILITIES For longer stays, you are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer in our laundry room for a fee of €5 per wash or dry cycle. Guest access FLEXIBLE ELECTRONIC CHECK-IN If desired, you can enjoy a completely hassle-free and independent check-in upon arrival. Please keep in mind that this must take place before midnight 0:00 AM. Access to the house and your room is provided via an electronic door lock. We will send you your personal access code and detailed instructions after booking. PARKING FOR CARS AND MOTORCYCLES Please note that there is a strict parking ban for all types of vehicles on the entire property and inside the carport. However, this is not an issue: there are plenty of free public parking spaces available directly in front of and around our property. SPACES FOR (E-)BIKES AND BICYCLES Sturdy bike hangers are available at the back of the carport, where you can store your (e-)bikes conveniently and out of the rain. Please note that bringing bicycles with you in the house is not permitted. E-VEHICLE CHARGING Are you traveling with an electric car? No problem! Upon prior agreement, we are more than happy to make our wallbox in the carport available to you. Charging is offered at a fair, discounted rate. Billing is completely hassle-free upon departure, calculated exactly according to the station's meter reading. During your stay A WARM WELCOME TO OUR HOME We are Zweti and Marc, your hosts. Zweti works as a nurse, a passionate life coach, and an enthusiastic "stock market juggler." Marc is part of the health segment at Garmin Fitness and is also an independent entrepreneur in the fitness & wellness industry. Together with our family, we are truly looking forward to providing you with a carefree and relaxing stay! YOUR PRIVACY HAS TOP PRIORITY Since your fully equipped room is located on the first floor (European 1st floor / US 2nd floor) of our single-family home, you will enjoy complete independence and peace. You can check in yourself completely flexibly and undisturbed using our electronic door lock. If you wish to retreat and have some quiet time, we will fully respect your privacy. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU At the same time, we live in the same house and are always happy to help with any questions, requests, or recommendations for the region (such as trips to Würzburg or the surrounding areas). The best way to reach us is directly via Airbnb message or by phone. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES Please note that all optional additional services must be discussed and coordinated with us, your hosts, by 7:00 PM on your arrival day at the latest, so that we can prepare everything perfectly for you. Other things to note YOUR CHECK-OUT Upon departure, please simply leave the house key in your room door or your door just open. LATE CHECK-OUT (HOME-OFFICE-OPTION) Would you like to work relaxed on your departure day? Our "Home Office" option allows you to extend your stay until 4:00 PM at the latest for a small additional fee. EXPERIENCES & ACTIVITIES Is just staying overnight too boring for you?
