There is also a kitchen, air conditioning, fridge table and 6 chairs. In the accommodation there will also probably be various ordinary personal items used for humans such as vacuum cleaner, toilet paper, broom and dustpan, furniture mop, bath products, dishes, pots, etc. Such items, if found, may be freely used by the tenant but must not be considered services due as they are unrelated to the nature of our contractual legal relationship.
