When you stay with us, you get to live like a local and experience each Prickly Pear neighbourhood. At Prickly Pear Stays in Jesmond we have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. We value your time and offer real-time communication with us from your first connection. With no reception desk, simply do your pre-arrival and check-in process with us online and we will send you the access details to your apartment. Other things to note Prior to the arrival date, our system will process a $200 pre-authorisation to the guest’s credit card. The pre-authorisation is purely a hold of funds to act as a security for any additional charges that may be incurred, such as any damage. We also require a photo identification prior to arrival which must match the reservation name. More information is included in our terms & conditions. Prickly Pear Stays does not condone undesired attitudes, or inappropriate behaviour and has a strict no-party policy. Guests are provided with one complimentary set of linen/towels and some basic amenities upon check-in. Should you require any top-ups or replenishments during your stay, these are available for an additional cost. Please note that routine cleaning is not included during your stay.
